  • "Committed" means projects that could probably start with minimal further approvals.
  • "Designated" means projects that may be listed on a community plan but which may not have zoning, or the proper "land use" designation.
  • "Proposed" means just that.  Some landowner would like  to develop a land parcel, but has received NO approvals to-date. 

Note:

The numbers do not include the many:
  1. Housing projects under 6 in size
  2. Subdivisions under 4 in size
  3. Potential Ag sub-division lots (and there are many)
  4. Existing undeveloped lots in urban, rural and ag areas
  5. Ohana units
